VHR Professional Services Pvt. Ltd., a leading executive search firm, seeks a young, dynamic MBA graduate (any stream) for the Associate Consultant role based at Nehru Place, New Delhi. This purely B2B position focuses on client development, securing executive search assignments, and closing positions as the primary client contact, with hybrid mode available after 3 months of training.

Key Responsibilities

  • » Develop new clients through proactive outreach, pitching services, and winning executive search mandates.
  • » Manage end-to-end client servicing: coordinate candidate introductions, interviews, negotiations, and placements while maintaining strong relationships.
  • » Handle B2B interactions, track assignments, and ensure successful closures as the key account contact.

Requirements

  • » MBA from any stream with 3-10 years of experience; welcome from diverse backgrounds ready for corporate challenges.
