Job Description: The candidate would be required to handle all HR related activities from Recruitment to Retention, with emphasis on Recruitment & Selection. He would also be required to bring in improvements/ innovations in his work related area.

Candidate profile: Fresh MBA (HR)/ MA (Psychology)/ MSW from a premier Institute/ University, with strong functional knowledge, good networking and analytical skills. Prior experience of Recruitment in any industry would be preferred.
